We put together a compelling Editorial Calendar with a content mix aimed at increasing visibility of the association as well as at acquiring more associates. Different social media channels are selected and we delivered creative pieces and copies. In addition, we produced and edited 4 different videos in order to connect with our audience and appeal to their emotions in order to encourage our audience to know more about the project.
Thanks to a clear brief on the values and goals of the organization, we design a modern yet very recognizable brand, develop its brand manifesto and brand story. Besides, several marketing collateral items are beautifully design and developed: presskit, roll-ups, posters, training certificates and website.
In order for the Association to be clear on the message to be delivered to the current associates as well as potential members, we developed a Communications Plan to serve as a guideline for anyone creating content or speaking on behalf of the organization. The guidelines include tone of voice and message, target audience, language characteristics and communication channels. This plan was created with an EDI (Equality, Diversity and Inclusion) approach and specialist.
We work together with the Association to develop a sponsorship program that would allow the organization to pitch their project to potential sponsors in a concise yet appealing manne. We designed the program, the sponsor onboarding process and the pitching material.
In the end, the Association wanted to engage its members so we created an Ambassador Program. We conceptualized the advantages and commitment of the programme and design captivating content to be used in Social Media and as a marketing presentation to motivate members to become brand ambassadors.
