We’ve officially kicked off a new EU agri-food promotion programme, and there’s no better stage to begin this journey than Madrid Fusión 2025—one of the most iconic culinary events in Europe. Over the next three years, this campaign will help strengthen the international promotion of European agricultural products, starting with a delicious focus on lamb.
European Programmes in Action with Live Culinary Talent
Our first activation has already created a buzz. With the incredible talents of Chef Antonio González and Butcher Daniel Herrero, we’ve been showcasing how versatile, flavourful, and creative European lamb can be—especially through the star of the stand: the iconic Paquito sandwich.
This event is part of the broader goal of EU-funded programmes to support the promotion of agricultural products with authenticity and innovation. And judging by the reaction of visitors—curious foodies, chefs, and media alike—it’s working. The stand has been full of energy, smiles, and lots of great food.
