Culinary Expertise Meets Premium European Lamb
On September 25th and 26th, the Towngas Cooking Centre transformed into a hub of gastronomic excellence, hosting an unforgettable culinary showcase. Renowned chefs Alex Fargas and Kelvin Lee, along with an exceptional lineup of guest chefs from Hong Kong and beyond, had the opportunity to work with premium European lamb. The event featured expertly prepared dishes, including lamb cutlets, leg of lamb, and lamb racks, all freshly imported from the EU.
